• Develop the Material Requirement Plan (MRP) to fulfill the Master Production Schedule (MPS) needs of all raw materials. • Plan and coordinate the RMs delivery date with the procurement to ensure material availability on time (No Out of Stock and No Over Stock) • Work closely with the procurement to reduce the lead time of the RMs orders and plan the orders into batches to reduce the inventory value. • Work with the product development team to improve the RMs and Phase In/Phase Out plan. • Monitor and control the RM dead stock and share the action plan to eliminate these stocks. • Control and monitor the RM consumption daily versus the MRP and report any variance to the quality to check and amend the BOM if needed. • Review and control the waste percentage targets on the production team.
• Plan the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all Tissues & Absorbents machines. • Monitor, control, and report the daily production fulfillment Vs. the shared production plan. • Monitor and control the dead stock and share the action plan to eliminate these stocks. • Work with the marketing, procurement, and product development teams on launching new SKUs and improving the current portfolio (Phase In/Phase Out Cycle).
• Plan, Monitor, and Control the Inter Company Transaction (ICT) Cycle to fulfill Levant demand of Fine SKUs. • Monitor and control the stock level of all SKUs in the Distribution Centers (DCs). • Plan and monitor the Yearly Marketing Calendar (YMC) to fulfill the marketing campaigns. • Report the daily sales, stocks, production, and imports & exports.
• Plan the production schedule and the raw material orders based on the project list and priorities. • Coordinate with the procurement to get the best raw materials to achieve the best quality with lowest cost. • Work with the procurement to localize the as much suppliers as possible to reduce the lead time. • Work on the standard time schedule.
• Prepare the monthly production plan based on the sales demand and stock level in the WH. • Daily monitoring and follow up for the production lines throughput and the malfunctions occurred on the lines and analyzing the root causes for these malfunctions. • Assure implementing the 5S lean technique in the workplace to increase the labors and machines efficiency. • Integrate the monthly preventive maintenance plan in the production plan to assure lines availability 24/7. • Work to eliminate the impact of the bottlenecks by streamlining the production stations.
