Includes Local and International procurement with International Logistics, customs clearance etc. for project materials, procurement of Heavy equipment’s and machinery, spare parts and company owned projects. Support in implementation and operations of SAP ERP. Provide trainings to new employees and fresh graduates (Saudi). Develop Internal management system policies and strategies to implement procurement action plans to ensure timely deliver materials for the projects and materials. Support finance to develop LC management with banks. Projects : Saudi Aramco Zuluf AH Development - Water supply facilities EPC Fish Hatchery Project. OMPP projects – different locations

Projects : 5000 Villas - Al-Ahasa, Client SANG, : 380 Villas - Al-Dhahran, Al-Khobar, Client- Saudi Aramco Managing all the procurement activities in and a team of procurement engineers and staff. • Cater for the project materials/equipment's requirements, as per project technical specifications and industry practice. • Ensure materials for projects are procured well within budget and delivered on a timely basis to meet work requirements. • Develop, formalize, implement and oversee a procurement system, externally and internally, that ensures efficient flow of work, on-time performance and savings in terms of money and effort – both internally and externally. • Integration with relevant departments (estimation, finance, engineering, operations, central store, commercial) to ensure proper flow of data and its effective utilization. • Review, update and implement a system of managing suppliers, as well as update current market prices database. • Review and implement a comprehensive system for follow-up and reporting as regarding material submittals, procurement (order) status, cost-to complete and any other areas that are identified. • Assist in implementing a system for standard contracts and commercial conditions. • Review, update and implant the system of soliciting bids and their subsequent evaluation, negotiation and award, as well as their follow-up, expediting and delivery to site. • Resolving any procurement related matters along the way. Follow up of variations and claiming for such. • Review and update the Procurement Policies and procedures. • Build & train up a coherent, competent and qualified procurement team in a secure and ethical environment and ensure its continuous efficient performance. • Committed to requirements and all applicable legislation's and contractual requirements affecting the activities at project site and administrative offices • Vendor Development.

Develop, Manage and lead the Procurement & Logistics department, Vendor development, * Identify, manage and develop strategies, Develop procurement plans & Policies * Develop & Implement procurement & purchasing procedures * Ensure complete compliance with specifications * Minimise cost and maximise output * Attend meetings with vendors,negotiate terms & conditions, * prepare sub-contracts, * Manage project teams, client teams, line managers and employees * Generate monthly reports on expenses * follow with finance & administration departments

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, GM and CEO My responsibilities are to manage a team of procurement engineers. Studying the project, prepare list of materials, Floating enquiries to the vendors, finalizing the commercial issues, Material Approvals, coordinate with QS department, material request, Release Purchase orders, arrange for delivery of materials on required schedule, coordinate with finance/accounts for release of payments, L/c’s etc. for all the Projects of the company in Saudi Arabia. Managing, Mechanical Department works of the company like HVAC, Piping and plumbing, Water, Sewer, Fire protection, Irrigation, Storm Drainage etc. Having good Experience with Construction and building drawings, Isometrics,. Shop drawings and Material submittals, Mechanical and Building codes and construction methodology (i.e. ASME, NFPA, etc.).

Reporting to the GM and CEO, Coordinate to develop the procurement activity of new joint venture company with Azmeel (Azmeel UTC- Turkish Company) with their new employees. by Studying the project, prepare list of materials, arrange to Float enquiries to the vendors, finalizing the commercial issues, Material Approvals, coordinate with QS department, Release Purchase orders, arrange for delivery of materials on required schedule, coordinate with finance/accounts for release of payments, L/c’s etc.

As a mechanical engineer at site, reporting to the Site Project Manager, I successfully completed all the Mechanical & plumbing works in the project. Manage a team of Mechanical technicians, Plumbers and foreman's. Prepare shop drawings, Material approvals, coordination of site M&P works with other facilities, Arrange Inspections for work done. Handing over of the job to client when the project is completed etc... Projects Done:  Al Jabr Compound: Primary Infrastructure, Residential Villas - 36 Villas with 9 storey Building). Client: Al-Jabr Group.  NISSAN Showroom - Al-Jubail, Client: Al-Jabr Group  Azmeel Labour Camp – Primary Infrastructure works, 9 x 3 Floor buildings Client : Azmeel Holding  Globe Marine Services Labour Camp – Primary Infrastructure and 8 x 2 floor Buildings. Client : Globe Marine Services  Jubail Technical Institute Phase -1), Mechanical Engineer - Infrastructure development, Nine Workshops, Twelve Dormitory Buildings, Administration Buildings.
