Responsibilities : •Define, execute IT Strategy aligned to Corporate Strategy. •Coordinate and determine capital investment parameters, priorities and risks for enterprise-wide IT initiatives to maximize the return on investment •Define IT departmental goals, objectives (SMART), KPI's and procedures that delivers customer service and satisfaction. •Establish metrics for managing IT effectiveness and for measuring impact of IT on the business. •Define, manage and efficiently utilize IT budget meeting prevailing objectives and constraints. (Cost Optimization) •Direct, organize and execute IT-related projects in coordination with relevant stakeholders to enhance business process, business requirements, CEO initiatives, directives and regulatory requirements. •Identify emerging industry practices and technologies to gain competitive advantage. •Develop and enforce IT Policy & Procedures meeting IT Industry standards and methodologies •Establishing and operationalizing IT Governance •Develop and Implemented successfully Diaster Recovery & BCP Plan •Initiate, coordinate, monitor, review Tests with relevant stakeholders and approve Change Management processes; to enhance and gain competitive advantage in technology and business processes. •Evaluate RFP with Technical & Functional requirements for Business Applications. •Coordinate, review of Agreements (Licenses, Master Services Agreements, Maintenance Services SOW, Implementation Services SOW, Escrow) with Legal and Vendor(s). •Coordinate and review Project progress for Quality Assurance & Risk Mitigation. •Establish a comprehensive enterprise information security program to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of relevant data. •Provide leadership to resolve escalation of IT-related issues in a timely manner •IT Vendor Management, IT Project Management, IT Risk Management, IT Procurement
