Analyzing requisitions for adequacy, completeness, and determining the necessary requirements needed to fulfill procurement request including certifications or necessary documents to support required services. Analyze and determine if contractor or vendor meets the require standards or methods as documented in International Organization of Standards prior to awarding contract or order. Managed vendor relationships, with regards to the purchase of goods and services to support manufacturing requirements. Review customer orders, production schedules and inventory levels on a regular basis to insure product availability and resolve supply issues with minimal guidance. Provide support to inventory control to achieve an accurate inventory. Review cost of materials or services provided compared to complete cost and time saved. Maintain all changes and revisions as received from vendors and internal communication in database Communicate with vendors regarding such topics as product quality, billing issues, pricing, and delivery issues. Resolve vendor discrepancies or problems and report solutions to appropriate personnel. Ensure compliance of ISO 9001 purchasing policies, procedures and quality certificates. Responsible for ISO document control and records management throughout the information lifecycle for physical and electronic records Manage UniPoint Quality Software to streamline control processes throughout the organization.
