Serving as a patient funding primary point of contact with all program social workers, admissions staff, site, regional and national leadership. Assessing and relocating patient accounts with third-parties, as needed. Serving as a member of the National Financial Assistance/Charity Committee. Conducting research to provide direction for any improvements to the company's Patient Funding best practices.
