SYSTEM : DCS MAKE : HONEY WELL MODEL : TDC 3000 a) S7 400 Siemens make PLC System for 32 MW power plants accessories plants and woodward Governer 505E. Training:• Taken a vocational training in YOKOGAWA at BANGALORE and gathered valuable knowledge in Centum CS3000 DCS and experience during the training. • 1. Involved in project team, right from the negotiations and order finalizations of 35 MW and 25 MW power plants with 4000 TCD Sugar Plant equipments. 2. Coordinating with the consultant & the suppliers to complete the project in time. 1. Attending and testing of FAT and SAT at various DCS, PLC and SCADA based systems. 2. Preparation of Cable schedule, Termination details, Hook up Drawings Design for the Suitable locations as per site requirements for the BOP Instruments. 3. Control logic/ write ups build up and testing at site as required in DCS / PLC. 4. Suitable skilled Contract finalising with standard rates for new Projects and Maintenance of plants. 5. Monthly and Annual shutdown jobs planning and assigning of work to suitable technical groups/ contactors. 6. Preparation of Yearly budget (Month Vice) and Management of inventory. 7. Co- ordination with government officials to obtain the calibrations and necessary certificates. 8. Preparation of Calibration records,instructions and procedure to obtain ISO 14000 – 2004 and Management system Certification of ISO 9001 - 2008 standards certificate. 10. Attending and conducting the scheduled and emergency meetings to meet out target production. 11. Conducting of energy Auditing and adoption of energy conservations.
