o Repairing, Overhauling, Calibration & Installation of many types of field and control room, Electronics Instruments. o To Inspect the RFIs of Project associated Instrument and Control jobs from ARL side as per standards and ITB from EPCC contractor in all project areas E.g. Preflash, LHT, ISM, HT, SR, DHDS, AMU, SWU, SRU, Utilities and Power Plant. o Maintenance, Trouble shooting of control loops, Control Valves, Pressure / Flow / Level Controllers, Pressure, Temperature / Level Gauges, Pressure, Level, Temperature and Vibration switches, o Install, maintain or repair, on site or in the workshop, a variety of electronic and pneumatic instrumentation. o Configuration, calibration and troubleshooting of conventional and HART compatible instruments and Control loops. o To carry out commissioning, loop checking, installation and erection of all pneumatic and electronic smart in-struments along with cable lying, termination, Glanding and impulse tubing.

o Provide technical assistance/operational inputs into the project; Design, Installation, Acceptance Testing, Commissioning and evaluation operability of rotating equipments like Steam Turbine 16MW, Instrument Air Compressors, and CFB Boilers. Also participate in the activity commissioned of the CFB Boilers, 16MW Steam Turbineamd Air Compressors.

Worked in Husk feed Boiler, 4MW Steam Turbine, Atlas Copco Air Compressor, RO plant, Cooling Tower, and ETP plant. Performed their Preventive Maintenance, Complains Maintenence and ATA. Trouble shooting of control loops and feild instruments like PT,TT,FT,LT and control valves. Also Worked diffrent kinds of analyzers like Oxygen analyzer, Conductivity, PH and Disolved oxygen.

SKILLS o Experience in many kinds of equipments for large-scale chemical plant including Ammonia, Co-Gen, Urea & LCO2 and able to proactively work and communicate well. o Provide technical assistance/operational inputs into the project; Design, Installation, Acceptance Testing, Commissioning and evaluation operability of rotating equipments. o Ensure equipment condition monitoring, enabling early identification of equipment requiring major over-haul/repair (TMP&PMP). o Repairing, Overhauling, Calibration & Installation of many types of field and control room, Electronics HANDS ON WORK EXPERIENCE . • MACHINE MONITORING SYSTEM I have concept about Machine Monitoring System. I have worked on machine monitoring system BENTLY NEVADA 3500, 3300 .
