Responsible for strategy, vision and delivery of our Products. Also responsible for customer-driven innovation, market strategy, directing our world-class innovation teams and accelerating our transition into the hybrid cloud.

Muhi S. Majzoub was named Executive Vice President, Engineering in January 2016. Muhi joined OpenText as Senior Vice President of Engineering in June 2012 reporting to Chief Executive Officer Mark J. Barrenechea. Muhi is responsible for Corporate and Commercial IT, including Cloud Services, as well as defining the vision and strategy for OpenText products, leading the development organization and transitioning OpenText to the cloud. - Joined OpenText in 2012, and currently serving as Executive Vice President of Engineering for OpenText. - Leads the engineering and R&D organizations to define the vision and strategy for OpenText products, and their transition to the cloud.
