Reporting to the Board of Directors, I am responsible for the successful management and development of the organization. Key responsibilities include: optimizing the overall performance of BBBS to achieve transformation growth in alignment with the organization's strategic plan, vision and mission; securing sustainable funding; establishing effective relationships with key stakeholders; seeking opportunities for meaningful collaborations with other related community organizations; managing organizational risk; maintaining sound financial management and control practices; and assisting the Board of Directors with its governance and stewardship responsibilities.
