Recruitment and Selection: •Set up and Interview first round candidates •Manage Vendor database •Screening of possible applicants •Prepare Jobs specs with recruiting Managers •Administer recruitment spreadsheet on a monthly basis •Arrange welcome packs for all new employees On boarding and Induction: •Open employee files and create electronic files on the HR drive •Present HR section and Co-ordinate induction Training and development: •Ensure Training Provider SLA’s are in place •Co ordinate internal and external Training interventions •Facilitate the Training approval process and sign off for payment •Complete and upload FASSET document Employee Wellness: •Manage internal communication wrt staff birthdays, marriages, long service awards and farewells. •Ensure that employees receive various gift vouchers on time •Co-ordinate wellness day with Discovery Employment Equity: •EE committee member •Provides Management Control, EE and Skills evidence for the BBBEE verification •Process •Analyses raw data for EE, Skills and Talent management •Schedule EE meetings •Manage and maintain Employment Equity File • Employment Equity Reporting Payroll (VIP Premier Package): •Process monthly payroll •Manage leave process via ESS •Provide new employees ESS Training Medical Aid: •Manage Medical Aid Portfolio Provident Fund: •Administer and manage the relationship with Provident Fund Performance Management: •Facilitate the performance management process •Record keeping Health and Safety: •Member of the Health and Safety committee •First Aid level 1 Administration and Reporting: •Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office •Record keeping of relevant documents:- * Keeping all employee records update and complete * Filing and administering of documents * Assist with completion of statutory requirements and documentation
