Responsible for maintaining total 56 cellular sites located Kingston, Belleville, Trenton, Brighton and Brockville region of Ontario province. My major job responsibilities are as below, • 24/7 Responsible for operation and maintenance of Radio Access Network • Performing RAN integration and commissioning (I&C), and troubleshooting for Nokia 3G, LTE and Small Cell networks • Responsible for operation and maintenance and troubleshooting of transmission network, Nokia MPR9500, Cisco ASR 903 and Cisco switch2960 • Responsible for configuration and integration of Nokia MPR9500 transmission link • Scheduling and dispatching East Ontario’s operation team to perform E911 call test for additional sector • Preventive Maintenance (PM) routine of Access and Transport nodes on the field including battery, call test, Radio network elements, microwave measurements, safety audit, LOS verification and site housekeeping (grass/snow). • I am responsible to do site inspection and E911 call test for any new site before we put it on-air, officially in operation. • I coordinate with other departments of our organization, third party vendors and local police supervisor (Stakeholders) to schedule this activity. • During this work, I find out the minor and major deficiencies of new site installed if work is not matching with our company standard and follow it up till correction is done 100%. • Coordinate with Tier2-RAN, Engineering deployment, Switch, NOC team, change management to schedule the activity in different phases. • Perform the activities as per work order assign to me; new software upgrade, new component upgrade and network routing configuration • Coordinate with external employee of third party (vendor) until the respective task/phase is completed successfully • Before closing the project, I monitor the behavior of network and if needed I report to my manager to take respective action • Managing East Ontario’s E911 project for additional sector, network capacity enhancement.

As I am in Canada, I am overseeing below activities after my regular work hours. • I have been directing my brothers remotely to buy different kinds of ferrous, non-ferrous, and non- metallic scraps from local industries and from merchants. • Responsible for negotiate with the steel mills to finalize the rate and recommend my brothers for the best mode of transportation to ship the scrap lot to the destination. • Responsible for doing documentation, like invoices, e-way bills, and taxation. • Participating in e-auctions for various scrap lots • Managing 12 to 15 workers

• Site acceptance and testing from the vendor (D9) • Site optimization by applying engineering work orders for azimuth and down tilt changes • Troubleshooting and applying corrective actions on Transmission network: Nokia MPR 9500, dragonwave, fibre optic and Ethernet on T1 • Restoring service and clearing of major and critical outages • Clearing of minor, major and critic al alarms • Performing call drop rate (CDR) reduction to meet engineering KPI’s • Performing call setup success rate (CSSR) improvement to meet engineering’s KPI’s • Performing preventative routines (battery routines, call test and microwave measurements • Performing site safety audits and maintenance • Performing commissioning tasks (preparing transmission for new sites) • Nokia eNodeB, Nokia Node B maintenance and expansion , 2nd carrier, 40W and Channel Element additions • Router switch IP, VLAN and other port parameter setup • Fibre transport testing (layer1/layer3) and acceptance from 3rd party carrier • Cell site spares and repair return managemen

• Responsible for LTE network capacity expansion using Nokia 2500Mhz RRU and FBBC • Performing installation, integration, commissioning and troubleshooting of Nokia LTE eNodeB and 3G nodeB • Performing 3G, LTE network RF Drive Testing for voice and data using Nemo Outdoor tool • Performing VoLTE drive testing using X-CAL solo tool • Coordination with Freedom Mobile’s Site supervisor and NOC team to troubleshoot the RAN problems • Performing PIM testing to minimize the interference using PIMpro 1921 • Responsible for doing 3G and LTE site survey • Responsible for completion of site close-out package documentation and update all data base with site information

- Responsible for installation, commissioning and Integration of Nokia LTE and WCDMA flexi BTS using Nokia BTS manager. - Available 24*7 for the troubleshooting and maintenance of Nokia LTE and WCDMA flexi BTS. - Performing sweep test for Kathrein 6-port antenna, RF cable to ensure required level return loss using Anritsu site master - Performing OTDR test for fiber cable using JDSU. - Responsible for completing installation and work order documentation for each site. - Performing E911 Call testing to ensure performance of each cell and its connectivity to RNC. - Assist team member with installation and maintenance of site equipment. - Co-ordinating with Freedom Mobile NOC and Nokia NOC to get remote support. - Responsible for reporting to Delivery Manager for work performed and work in progress on a daily basis. - Responsible for performing cutover activity for swapping Huawei 3G BTS to Nokia 3G BTS with minimum service affecting down time. - Responsible for external alarm simulation and termination with coordinating Nokia GDC and Freedom NOC. - Responsible for Managing SCOPE document after site is ready to handover.
