By ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, I have played a crucial role in establishing a seamless and efficient recruitment process for both the healthcare facilities and professionals involved. In addition to recruitment, I have been actively engaged in business development initiatives & Operations management forging strong partnerships with different healthcare facilities across the UAE. By identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, I have successfully expanded Enstaras reach and reputation in the market. Through strategic digital marketing operations, I have enhanced the brand visibility of Enstara, attracting a wide range of clients and top-tier healthcare professionals to our network. My expertise in financial management has been instrumental in handling accounts and overseeing payroll operations for Enstara. By ensuring accuracy and efficiency, I have maintained robust financial systems that have supported the growth and success of our organization.

I Founded Loopers Overseas in 2013 with my first office in Kerala. We recruited more than 1000 aspirants to different countries for Overseas education since 2013. I built a team in 2 years time and established 3 other offices in 3 other major cities of India. At Loopers overseas we counsel candidates who are struggling to find their desired course for the better future. It helps me know more about the candidates and their problems and struggles they face.
