Oversee a diversified investment portfolio valued at over $650m; including cash, bonds, equities, unlisted property and infrastructure, private equity and credit, alternatives and loans, in NZ, Australia, and Global Developed and Emerging Markets. Oversee due diligence on direct investments, acquisitions, and advances, including compliance with AML/CFT. Responsible for Financial and Treasury management, including budgets, forecasts, monthly, statutory and annual reporting, and taxation. General Management responsibility including corporate secretariat ensuring the integrity of the governance framework, legal, compliance, risk management framework, insurance, Health Safety and Wellbeing, human resources, payroll, information and communications technology, procurement and facilities. insurance, Report to the Chief Executive and Board of Trustees; Acting Chief Executive when required and provide support to the Chair of the Investment Committee and Audit and Risk Committee. Provide strategic advice to the Chief Executive and Board, including governance, risk, compliance, investments, stakeholder engagement and professional relationship management.
