To improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. External relationships and interfacing; negotiations with stakeholders, partners, leaseholders, Government entities and regulators for finalizing favorable deal structures for mining concessions. Set Commercialization strategy and implementation plan; initiated commercial operations systems; framed, lead and executed external commercial negotiations; steered management approvals for all major Asset activities. To manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions. In depth analysis, proposal drafting, financial planning and forecasting for Private and Public partnerships. Regular coordination with Managing Director to review fiscal planning, operations strategy and marketing excellence. Regular coordination with the Finance Division to ensure the release of funds to internal and external parties in a timely manner. Support to the Board of Directors in finalizing and reviewing the annual organizational budget. Organization of fiscal documents for Company registrations, applications, renewals and opening of Bank accounts in Pakistan and abroad. Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's performance against budget, financial and operational goals. Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reports. Working closely with the Board of Directors & Executive Management to ensure delivery of strategy and business plan. Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
