RESPONSIBILITIES: I manage IP Network setup and implementation, Design and develop the next generation of linear, Streaming and application video network architecture, Ensure intermediary broadcast/broadband/OTT video storage infrastructure will meet growing needs of increased 4K content, AD generation. configuration and maintenance , Network Management System and monitoring system channel grabbing, Channel creation, modification and cessation, Product and Package creation and modification, Support billing provisioning interfaces and UAT, Troubleshooting, analysis of issues, logging of cases, follow-up and discussion , Testing, and Staging for different platforms ,Support new technology and project initiatives, Evaluation and optimize escalation workflow for support chain, Involves in architecture work, design & planning, implementation, operation & maintenance. Other responsibilities include organizing team events and administrative work. ACHIEVEMENTS SO FAR : 1.
