• Manage external engagements with project partners and ensure key deliverables are fulfilled; organize roundtable discussions, overseas academic programs and small group meetings that are exclusively designed for Indian Members of Parliament during Parliament sessions. • Produce extensive researched materials in the form of backgrounders, concept note on a broad range of issues for the programs. • Manage data on all government related organizations & diplomatic missions including Council of Ministries, Minister of State, Central and State ministries, bureaucrats, Members of Parliament, Members of Legislative Assemblies Parliamentary Standing Committees and Embassy officials of all countries with most recent information. • Provide research support to the Director on upcoming projects and short-term assignments. • Conduct interviews and supervise the selected interns under the GPPI Internship program (shortlisting candidates, arranging rounds of interview sessions, training interns through various tasks and assignments). • Manage all relevant social media pages (official website, LinkedIn, Facebook etc of the initiative, including dissemination of news and information through social media channels.
