Through this Lean EdTech Startup, I enable women in China to access executive roles and an increased salary by creating strategies that allow them to capitalize their networks. I’m an expert on gender and leadership theory, who has done extensive active research in Shanghai. I am best positioned to coach women in China on how to navigate this environment from a international perspective. I’ve also started multiple successful networks of hundreds of elite women, and understand what successful women do to get ahead (as well as the mistakes that hold them back).
