•Development and working under new projects; •Preparation of shipping activity reports, weekly, monthly, annually reports, forecast, analysis, making quotation up on the client’s request; •Updating of local / global tracking system, making other reports, running the database of shipments; •Provide regular purchases of Company products fixed customers; •Monitoring compliance with distributors/direct buyers pricing policies of the Company ensuring distribution of products of the Company; •Collaborate with the distributor to expand the market for the Company's products; •Actively participate in marketing activities of the company; • the overall financial and business results of the sales division in the country; • Stock Management, planning and forecasting sales; • Management of all functional areas and processes in the local organization; •Negotiations with the new clients, contract and agreement creation and development; •Issuing invoices and other financial documentation; •Preparation of official letters and other correspondence to official organizations; •Coordination of Import / Export Air, Truck, Sea, Rail shipments, customs clearance, getting certificates and other permits and resolutions of various authorities and bodies related to customs clearance and foreign trade activities; •Direct work with Customs Broker, Trucking companies, Airline agents, Shipping lines; •Preparation and checking of documents for Customs Clearance in direct contact with customer; •Coordination of cooperation with customers, subcontractors and Nippon Express offices in terms of arranging of deliveries and accounting matters; •Cooperation with accounting department in preparation of accounting documents; • Support and consultancy of Global Nippon Express company and our customers about the Russian legislation and rules of freight forwarding, customs clearance and other related issues; •Creation and development Nippon Express (Rus) web-site and company’s social networks.
