•Development and working under new projects; •Preparation of weekly, monthly, annually reports, forecast, analysis, making quotationupon the client’s request; •Updating of local / global tracking system, making other reports, running the database of shipments; •Creation and development Nippon Express (Rus) web-site and company’s social networks; •Contract and agreement creation and development; •Negotiations with the new clients; •Issuing invoices and other financial documentation; •Preparation of official letters and other correspondence to official organizations; •Coordination of Import / Export Air, Truck, Sea, Rail shipments, customs clearance, getting certificates and other permits and resolutions of various authorities and bodies related to customs clearance and foreign trade activities; •Direct work with Customs Broker, Trucking companies, Airline agents, Shipping lines; •Preparation and checking of documents for Customs Clearance in direct contact with customer; •Coordination of cooperation with customers, subcontractors and Nippon Express offices in terms of arranging of deliveries and accounting matters; •Cooperation with accounting department in preparation of accounting documents; • Support and consultancy of Global Nippon Express company and our customers about the Russian legislation and rules of freight forwarding, customs clearance and other related issues.
