I believe the most successful organisations balance meaningful social impact with commercial sustainability, and I work alongside leaders of small and early-stage organisations to achieve both in tandem. Through a combination of consultancy, training, mentoring and coaching, I support organisations to: - Create or refine an impact strategy and goals. - Develop and implement impact measurement and management frameworks. - Support the personal and professional development of their leaders. - Tell compelling impact stories and grow with a social mission at their core. I work directly with impact start-ups, social enterprises and charities, as well as partnering with organisations such as the School for Social Entrepreneurs, Social Tech Trust, Microsoft and University of Westminster.
