Responsible for leading the product planning process and marketing action plans that resulted in top line sales of commercial and architectural outdoor product of $110M annually. This included new product development and commercialization, pricing strategies, sales support, product line rationalization, cost reduction programs and inventory management. •Work in partnership with sourcing, planning, sales and product managers to manage sales and inventory of commercial outdoor stock and flow products. •Create planning forecasts for all stocked inventory and coordinating phase in/out products to ensure positive inventory control. •Manage excess and obsolete inventory list to include raw materials as well as finished goods; developed sales initiatives to help move the excess material at a benefit for Hubbell and the agent base. •Develop relationships and negotiate with foreign and domestic vendors for purchase for resale and buyout products. •Collaborate with partner agent base and national accounts to develop marketing, sales and pricing strategy for commercial outdoor lighting products.

(Processing of CAR handled by QA) Advise customer of correct product to purchase based on their application. •Provide installation (electrical and mechanical) information/instructions to customers and/or contractors. Collaborates with brands under Hubbell umbrella to perform reliability testing on pre-release products to determine life cycle and over all reliability of fixtures. Test the ability of new product fixtures and components to perform their required functions under controlled conditions for specific periods of time. Design and build test jigs for testing of fixtures and components under stressed situations to speed life cycle testing. Participate in new and existing product FMEA's to review components and fixtures for possible failure modes, and their cause and effects in regards to safety and functionality of systems.
