I am a founding member of the Green Software Foundation (GSF) and co-chair of the Standards Working Group driving SCI ISO Standard and SCI for AI Specification, SCI Guide, and Impact Engine Framework. The GSF is a non-profit organization with the mission to build a trusted ecosystem of people, standards, tools, and best practices for creating sustainable, green software. Since its inception, I have been deeply involved in both the standards and open-source working groups, contributing significantly to open-source development and the creation of the SCI ISO standard. Currently, I am leading the effort to drive the SCI for AI specification to establish industry-wide guidelines and frameworks that ensure AI systems are energy-efficient, environmentally sustainable, and aligned with green software principles.

A key contributor to the successful acquisition of Webify Solutions by IBM. I was involved in managing the product release life cycle and complete development ownership for integrating Fabric with IBM BPM suite from India. I replaced HP Jena Ontology Parser by In-house Semantic framework for BPM, replaced hibernate BPM repository with Spring JDBC framework, led the installer effort and oneBPM initiatives.
I led the development mission of Fabric in India and was responsible for building up the technology team in India from grounds up. I was involved in analysis and designing of the product requirements, laying down the architecture, integration with IBM and Oracle BPM suite, developing eclipse based plug-ins, evaluating and integrating business process modeling products in Fabric. As a product management role, I was involved in managing the product release life cycle and complete development ownership for Fabric product out of India.
As a Enterprise Architect I was involved in business process automation for Real Estate and Loan Origination Mortgage process. I also designed the complete ER Model, partner interfaces, designing and implementation of the asynchronous message based architecture, modeling and implementing the complete Real Estate business processes using Bea Weblogic Integrator and deploying the complete solution to the clustered production environment in client location. As a leader I was involved in building up the team, work allocation and delivering the product. This was the first successful business process automation project executed on BEA Weblogic Integrator and SQL server.
I initially worked as a developer and later as an architect primarily on insurance, banking and retail domains. I proposed the first dynamic web services architecture and wrote security algorithms for internet banking transfers which was widely adopted by one of the leading bank in the US.I got multiple client recognition awards for my work with various client service engagements.
