Following my three year term of service on the board of AIIM I became Treasurer for 2018 but could only fulfil that role for a short time due to other obligations. AIIM is the global community of Information Management professionals with over 165,000 members.

Responsible for the Information Management team (operations and business development).Specialising in oil & gas upstream engineering technical information management. The team is divided between service delivery and consultancy. Facilitating industry best practice in collaboration with The Robert Gordon University and running the IM Energy Forum.

Joined Rank as an Operator (IBM mainframes, DEC VAXs and Wang VS). Rose to Shift Leader in 1986. Moved off shift into system support and became Systems Programmer working on DEC VAX/VMS development and coding in C and VAX Macro. Responsible for system performance and development.
