With overall responsibility for the creative output and services of Pearsons, one of the UK's leading independent digital and employer communications agencies. As a conceptual thinker and designer, through to final production, I have worked on a wide range of creative solutions for a diverse portfolio of public and private sector clients, on a local, national and international level.

With overall responsibility for the creative staff and services of the Northern Region of TMP worldwide. The role, based in Leeds primarily, covered the three offices of the North: Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle with a combined turnover of £40 million. As well as trafficking, print and working as part of the sales and strategy team, I was also responsible for creative recruitment, training, development and motivation of a large creative team. With overall responsibility for the creative staff and services of the Newcastle agency. Responsible for recruitment and marketing material, from initial concept, copywriting and through to production and ensuring delivery of the highest level of quality and service. During the last twelve months of this period, my client and people management skills were further developed by handling my own client base whilst playing a key management role, ensuing the Newcastle office successfully achieved and exceeded it’s profit and turnover targets in the absence of an Agency Director. Working from initial briefs through to production of a wide range of creative solutions: corporate identities, direct mail shots, exhibitions, signage, leaflets, newsletters, application packs, company brochures and prospectus. Predominantly working on a major product account, my role ranged from concept, design and producing slick marker visuals, to illustration and art direction. Clients: Potterton Myson, Nissan, Barbour.
