Nicol P.A.-contract President, Business and Litigation Services 2006-2008 This contract was to take a single attorney in a small office and develop his firm to be strong but to increase the quality of clients as well as the quantity of clients as well as revenues. I was able in only 24 months to increase revenues by greater than 400%, increase client base by over 1000%, put in place several new referral programs, marketing programs, sales strategies to also include taking the financial record keeping from paper and pen to installing a network based financial program to track all aspects of the law practice.
