- Undertake appraisal and due diligence of Special Economic Zones Investors and facilitate licensing - Support investors to setup operation in Botswana Special Economic Zones (SEZs); - Provide start up and after care services to enable the growth of SEZ investors; - Provide of efficient and business friendly services to SEZ investor, in order to enhance their competiveness; - Oversee all SEZs Investor Service Centers, by providing single window and streamlined processes to SEZ investors; - Maintain an Investor Crentric Aftercare Programme to enhance productivity; competitiveness and investor growth; - Facilitate SEZ investors to access to export markets; - Identify supply needs of SEZ investors and link them to local SMME business linkages between SEZ; - Establish relationship with relevant business network and introduce SEZs investors; - Comprehensively understand the Botswana business environment to identify barriers affecting investors and advocate removal of the barriers; - Responsible for the overall management of the Investor Relationship Management System; - Identify new business oportunities for local production and supply to SEZs investors; - Resolve investor needs and queries to ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner; - Maintain good relationships with investors; - Manage all facets of the SEZ investor retention.
