Supplier Quality management: - Monitor supplier quality performance. Providing technical advices to suppliers to investigate and eliminate quality issues. - Communicate with supplier to arrange replacements/sorting services to secure materials for production plan. - Calculate & notify suppliers the cost-recovery for handling non-conforming parts. Customer Quality Management: - Arrange & manage sorting service/replacements for NOK parts at customer site. - Prepare 8D report to customers. Lead other departments to investigate root cause and apply corrective actions for customer claim. - Responsible for customer audits and follow up and closure on all audit actions. New project: - Analyze parts/components drawing to define quality tools, aids, build inspection standards. - Collaborate with various teams to complete documents for new projects (Process Capability study FMEAs, MSA, CP, etc.). Quality system: - Build Control charts for special characteristics of products. - Build Problem Solving process & system to raise up issues and track improvement actions. - Build Power BI report for KPI (PPM, non-quality cost, quality waste ,…). - Build up camera vision system for product inspection. - Prepare documents & procedure for ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 certification.
