- Health, Safety & Security: - General affairs management: - Budget control, periodical reports & cost saving initiatives;

-Identifying hazardous operations and potential loss and advise appropriate controls -Risk assessment for underwriting , -Monitoring and follow up risk improvement recommendations, -Alert about unacceptable risks, -Development and presentation of training sessions -Conducting periodical re-surveys at appropriate intervals; -Provides technical input on claims -Co-operates with the RHC in cases of risk containing unusual features or which are exceptionally large or hazardous, which are beyond knowledge and experience or which needs additional consideration and advice; -Keep abreast of developments in surveying techniques, improved technologies.

• Safety, Security and Environment management o Establish safety and environmental policy and work plan o Manage safety staff to implement the plan o Set up and implement Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001:2004 standard o In charge of hazardous waste disposal. o Manage security team and develop security plan • Customer (Walmart, Phillips, Siemens …) audit on Corporate Social Responsibilities o Establish and implement HR procedures o Set up salary grade and other benefit/ allowances o Set up Labor Collective Agreement • General Affairs o Manage canteen services, cleaning services • Procurement; • Government agent relation.
