Preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner for about 300+ guests and members of a service residence. During this summer job, I was an assistant chef to the resident Sous-chef. I mainly had to handle and prepare different kinds of daily dishes (also: vegan, vegetarian, diet, ...) in large quantities for all guests and members of the residence.
