Rotation 4: Project Manager | Manufacturing Flow - Hingham, MA • Implemented one-piece flow manufacturing line for high-running product (67% of product line volume, 50% of revenue) • Configured SAP material replenishment master data and routing setup for high-running product line • Manage implementation activities and timeline for materials/logistics, quality, manufacturing and design engineering teams • Consolidated and analyzed data from ERP systems to drive assembly line configuration, load-balancing, and Kanban material replenishment system. Rotation 3: Quality Engineer - Grand Prairie, TX • Launched facility-wide (~800 employees) internal audit initiative for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 compliance. Led team of 9 internal auditors through 15 process audits over the course of 3 months • Developed live process monitoring dashboard using MindSphere’s Visual Flow Creator (Node-RED, JavaScript) • Performed root cause analysis for process nonconformance via Design of Experiments and Minitab statistical testing.
