Responsible for software development within Pure, the product division of Imagination Technologies - primarily embedded code for radios and connected devices. Built UK embedded software team from scratch. Developed unique re-usable software framework to enable scaling of the development process for the growing digital radio range. Opened office in Shenzhen, China and grew offshore software team, also built software team from scratch in Pune, India. Evolved software processes and strong engineering management to cope with the rapidly growing multinational team.
