There was an opportunity to move from providing the transport and logistics for these large projects, to the manufacturing and supplying of equipment to the main US contractors to the Department of State’s Africa Peacekeeping Programme (AFRICAP). This opportunity was grasped enthusiastically and ELW Global has supplied significant amounts of vehicles and equipment, including the supply of 115 APC’s in 2015 to the troop contributing countries of AMISOM, the UN Peacekeeping Mission in Mali. ELW continues to design and manufacture Mobile Diesel Field Kitchens (DFKs) and trailer mounted Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Units (ROWPU) and is keen to export its technology to allow local assembly/manufacture.
