MEI Inc, branch of Geneva, used to be the Swiss Competence Center (100 people) of Mars Inc American Group, for the development and assembly of Banknote Payment Systems for transport and transit applications. As a Mars 'Associate', part of the Mars Procurement Community, I integrated quickly the Mars Business Values and Processes, strongly deployed in all Purchasing departments of the Group. I created 'from scratch' in Geneva site, the Purchasing & Logistic department, building locally international competences and processes to support Engineering and Manufacturing departments in the development and optimization of existing and new product lines.
