• Facilitated integration and implementation of Pardot Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Subject matter expert on our Endoscopy division’s leads; structured our lead scoring/grading system, training inside sales, and conducted process improvements on landing pages, form fields, and data collection based on our in- bound lead generation streams. • Analyze and track event and email marketing campaigns and inquiries, including report on performance metrics while analysis lead quality of our inbound leads through Salesforce.
