Research • Supporting/in identification of potential strategy areas, developing proposals and undertaking meaningful research to support policymaking. • Supporting secondary research for research projects and project implementation • Assessing social and socio-economic impacts of large-scale development (CSR) projects in India, including handholding clients for project-specific need assessment, baseline, monitoring plan design and execution • Developing theory of change matrix for clients • Planning and conducting field research using quantitative and qualitative methods, such as literature review, household surveys, key informant interviews, focus groups, and others as required Establishing New Partnerships • Decoding a potential client’s requirements for social impact and being able to translate that into a concept showcasing structured thinking and solution process • To work on CSR outreach to companies and CSR foundations • Enhancing the network of non-profit partnerships pan India to enable CSRBOX to implement multi-thematic projects pan India • Due-diligence of the nonprofits before onboarding. Working with the nonprofits to enhance their project reporting and management capacity and developing concept notes which can be then further pitched to the corporate. • Translating concepts into proposals for client-centric project needs.
