♣ Acting as a liaison between the various inter-organizational departments being Customer support, Sales units, After-sales Services, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance & Accounts, Warehousing and Logistics, while having an active participation in the operations in each. ♣ Work closely with the management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation. ♣ Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines. ♣ Track service levels by using measures such as response time and work order uptime.

♣ Worked directly with the design and production departments of a technology-leading spring manufacturer to propose a robust and flexible methodology for the early product validation of valve springs. ♣ Analysed optical scan data from testing to recreate three different spring designs. ♣ Performed reverse engineering of manufactured springs using CAD and FEA for part force and material stress analyses. ♣ Reviewed product specifications and relevant British Standards to ensure the conformity of the processes and results.

♣ Worked directly with Quality Control and Production Departments to propose methods to improve the efficiency of the filling lines by application of lean manufacturing. ♣ Monitored product standards and quality-control programmes. ♣ Analysed data from production, such as waiting times, changeover and planned and unplanned downtime. ♣ Reviewed processing schedules and production orders concerning inventory and staffing requirements, work procedures and duty assignments, considering time constraints. ♣ Conducted regular project review sessions with appropriate personnel to monitor the continuing progress of operations programs.
