• Coordination of orders readiness with suppliers • Responsible to inform the client of any deviation regarding the order • Responsible to check the completeness and conformity to specified applicable requirements, standards and/or directives. • Ensures that the tests, controls and inspections are carried out and that personnel have access to all required project documentation. • Corresponding with freight forwarders regarding collection details • Monitoring cargo movement through Logistics websites and additional office software; • Preparing documentation for customs clearance • Updating Status of Orders Report • Ensuring that all contracting activities are carried out in accordance with the MST policies and procedures • Assist and support the Logistics Manager in relevant areas as required • Carry out any other activities within the Supply Chain function as directed by the Line Manager • Ensures the company comply with ISO 9001 and 45001 standards • Issue of non-conformance reports • Track all non-conformance reports • Coordinate with the owners representative on all company issues • Performs reporting, risk assessments and auditing and observes all QHSE related activities and policies within a location • Ensures operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner and in conformance to federal, provincial and company safety regulations by integrating and implementing company and third-party QHSE policies and procedures • Performs post-incident investigations until all action items have been closed • Files QHSE documents and participates in job risk analysis and continual improvement
