Spearheaded and launched the Discretionary Equities Business in India. Started with the successful launch of the Equity Portfolio Management Business in August 2021. Followed that with the launch of the Julius Baer's first Category III AIF in December 2023 followed by our second Category III AIF in December 2024. In September 2023 also launched Julius Baer Equity India Fund an FPI providing an opportunity for Julius Baer's global clients from South East Asia, Middle East & Europe to participate in the long term India growth story. The business has since grown in size and as of 31st July 2025 the total AUM that is managed and advised by the India Investment Management business that I run is around Rs 7100 crores plus or around US$ 816 mn.
Nitin is currently the co founder of AQF Advisors which is an investment advisory firm, focusing on providing investment advice and portfolio structuring and research services for offshore and onshore clients. The firm currently advises Savitar Perennial India Fund and FII sub account on their investment strategies as well as runs a local Portfolio Management Business for domestic clients.
