Pacta exists to support philanthropic & not-for-profit initiatives by providing legal and policy support. We advise Foundations that work in education, public health, poverty alleviation, WASH and gender globally across countries in the global south. Pacta provides legal support for set-up, operations, compliance, policy, research, advocacy and measurement & evaluation verticals. Our work includes bespoke solutions for institutional fund raising for non-profits. We are familiar with philanthropic fundraising and the varied funding structures in the spectrum of grant making and receiving and support clients in formalising funding arrangements- for social impact and research outcomes. We also provide external POSH committee members and help organisations become POSH compliant. Our work on the policy side includes framing policy responses for improved education outcomes, leveraging ed-tech and and driving inclusive education for children with neurological diversity.
