• Coordination with the regional centers of Hope Torch as well as the partner organizations in identifying programs, obtaining base proposals / concept papers etc. • Draft project proposal development taking into account the above inputs as well as organizational priorities and mission. • Donor sourcing based on institutional / corporate funding policies, modification of the proposals based on the institutional framework and policies, submission of the final proposals and further liaison and follow up. • Grant management, partner contracts, fund allocations, drawing up systems for time-bound implementation, quality, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment and partner reporting. • Management of regular donor feedback during the implementation phase as well as on project completion. • Coordinating with the finance regarding the grant utilization, disbursement, audits etc. • Documentation of the various aspects of the program, case studies and providing the necessary inputs for the communications. • Tracking policy changes among donor agencies and the government in respect of institutional / corporate funding.
