Responsible for the design and launch of a new business offering programs for severe intellectually and physically disabled young adults. Provide leadership on new business processes such as financial models and donor database management systems. Direct community communication programs to engage financial and volunteer service support. Network with other Richmond programs supporting the Special Needs population to leverage existing resources. Lead a volunteer organization to provide a safe and energetic flexible program for the special needs community. Launched a fundraising program for the Upcycling of Feedbags. Developed the entire production process with the help of RVA Volunteers from collection, cleaning, cutting, sewing, finishing and selling. Assembled and developing. a team of over 25 volunteers to take part in this product launch.
