NovaEPTech provides technical and operational support in concept selection, development, operations and delivery of major oil and gas exploration and production projects. With expertise in merger and acquisition analysis for E&P companies covering infrastructure analysis, onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities, operations, maintenance and integrity, through to commercial evaluation and acquisition strategy (operated and non-operated). The company also has expertise in the analysis, methodology and set up of major capital projects and new ventures. Since May 2018 I have supported EnQuest as Projects Director building, leading and delivering major offshore and onshore projects. I established a new integrated project service covering full projects lifecycle of front end development of Subsea and Surface projects through concept to execution. Major successes included 2 new greenfield pipeline projects, subsea infrastructure projects, major topside modifications, decommissioning and the performance improvement of the Kraken heavy oil development. Recently we have completed the removal of the EnQuest Producer FPSO into hot stack and I have supported the business in the acquisition and set up of the Bressay heavy oil project into concept select as operator from Equinor. As a part of this role I also provided business development support in the evaluation of other transactions, most notably EnQuest's recent successful acquisition of Suncors non- operated share of the Golden Eagle asset. Another recent assignment was to lead the development of Maersk Oil's UK Quad 9 Gas development a major capital project in front end development (1TCF gas + $1.5B CAPEX), this role covered all elements from business, commercial and technical leadership. The mission was completed December 2017 and SELECT gate met (various concepts including new platform development, BLP and 3rd party tie backs)
