• Make plans for preventative maintenance and regular service for all customers and units which are in office stocks. • Draw project schedules for installation and commissioning of Over-head crane, Sectional Doors, Dock leveler, Forklift, etc… • Solve and diagnose faults and errors associated with Electric and Diesel Counter balance Trucks, Electric Reach Truck, Electric pedestrian Truck and Order picker. • Solve breakdown and problem about aircraft refueling truck (Titan Aviation) and Aircraft Firefighting truck (CHINETTI) • Disassemble and reassemble machines to repair or replace defective or malfunction components. • Assist for giving operation and preventative maintenance training for oxygen generator trailer and nitrogen generator trailer and solve all problems about these trailers. • Work in teams and delegate work among them. • Manage stocks of supplies and equipment. • Respond, evaluate and resolve problems of the customers. • Make detailed reports on all the work that are done on each machine to chief engineer • Evaluate estimate cost, working days and human resource needed for service of a part or unit depend on error. • Maintain all reports associate with all units that are sold. • Attend all training courses and meeting as require.
