- Oversaw and mentored a team of five staff who outperformed in reporting on political, humanitarian and human rights situations in African Countries; that resulted into two congratulatory letters from the Bureau of the Chairperson of the AU Commission ; - Delivered key documents, including concept notes, reports that promoted governance, peace and Security across the continent.
Under the overall guidance of the AUC’s Division for Human Resource, and Youth Development, and the AU-Youth Volunteer Corps team : - Conceived, planned and delivered over 10 capacity building sessions to over 250 youth from across Africa in Cairo (Egypt), and Accra (Ghana); - Empowered few volunteers to run AU policy-informed youth-led programs in 6 African countries;

- Consolidated the organisation’s administration and headed the expansion of its activities and programmes entities, from South Africa to Tunisia, Kenya, Benin, Cameroun, Mozambique, - Campaigned for the popularisation of the AU Agenda 2063 as well as the implementation of the African Youth Charter across Africa and beyond; - Organised the continental African Youth Charter Advocacy Summit in Magalisburg, South Africa that saw the active participation of 80 youth from across Africa.
- Convinced the USAID to support African Youth participation in governance, employment and economic empowerment, which resulted into the increase of the AU Youth volunteers funding from 13.000 USD to 230,000 USD; - Edited and promoted the “USAU Youth Newsletter” which saw the increase in the youth outreach through online communications, by 175% in the first 3 months and 325 % in 18 months.
- Created, led and managed a team of 7 executive board members; - Headed and launched the implementation of 4 major activities on Children and Youth Rights advocacy
