As part of the Private Credit team, my primary focus is on Sienna’s defense private debt fund, Hephaïstos, and on a fund investing in French private equity and private debt funds. In July 2018 I was appointed deputy CEO of Simaero in charge of Finance as part of the capital increase subscribed by Rive Private Investment, which saw Rive take the majority control alongside the company founders. Between 2018 and 2023, the EBITDA of the Group was tripled through operational structuration and strengthening, debt refinancing, capex investment, and its geographical and asset footprint was significantly expanded (France, South Africa, China, Ireland, India).
