Expersys is a consulting practice specialized in the International Development of industrial enterprises. Through the strategy decided with our customers, we set up the necessary structures to achieve growth objectives, starting with the alignment of all human ressources, as well as commercial action plans on foreign markets after conducting a SWOT and export diagnosis. These plans cover the implementation of online and offline marketing actions (mix marketing), Business Development, financing of international activities and creation of distribution and representation networks as well as local subsidiaries. The "International" Division Expersys International, created in 2012, aims to help our industrial customers develop their international footprint in various countries especially in Africa and the Middle-East. We create Distribution, Representation and Agency Networks, finding the right local Partner, as well as creating local Subsidiaries through the establishment of legal entities under appropriate form (registered Company, Representative Office, Joint-Venture...) or outright acquisition of local firms.
