- Providing annual budgets and sales plans based on current market analysis taking into consideration growth areas and market opportunities and risks. - Working directly with the Sales Strategy and Planning Lead to promote growth plan development by creating and implementing initiatives per business unit in order to boost top accounts performance and improve alignment across business units. - Supporting the UAE management team during executive reviews by conducting an in-depth business analysis and creating the slide deck to be presented to the regional management. - Creating an individual sales development plan based on sales skills evaluation that is reviewed quarterly with the local country Managing Director & the Business Unit managers. - Working on creating a Balanced Scorecard that will assist in evaluating and monitoring the organization performance against a set of strategic goals. - Planning and organizing some events and creating any required slide deck to be presented during the events. - Creating executive level presentations for the UAE Managing Director and for worldwide / EMEA business reviews. - Supporting data and business analysis to develop business plans. - Supporting the development of statistical and financial models for forecasting and reporting. - Working with cross-functional teams to support the data collection process. - Providing business support for the Technology services business unit.

- Participating as a member of major audit, tax and legal assignments that includes: Private Banks, Insurance Companies, Hotels, and Telecom Companies. - Preparing and reviewing different tax returns types for companies from different industries; income tax, payroll tax, expatriate tax, capital gain tax, stamp duties, social security, administrative fees and consumption tax. - Planning, financial accounting, tax compliance and maintaining effective relationships with the tax authorities. - Dealing with foreign exchange risk, regulatory risk, earning repatriation and tax treaties. - Supporting quarterly and annual tax provision calculations, validating tax balance sheet accounts and implementing new accounting standards under IFRS. - Assisting in the creation of customized advisory reports, manuals and other compliance documentation for clients. - Conducting many major assignments and jobs related to tax consulting and tax compliance with direct contact with high level management clients. - Dealing with transaction tax implications, whether it is an acquisition, disposal, refinancing, restructuring or initial public offering. - Carrying out regular compliance monitoring visits onsite with clients, and subsequently writing up working papers and exception based compliance monitoring reports. - Building experience in tax projects including due diligence, corporate registration and filing requirements. - Supervising, training team members of various types of assignments and reviewing their work.
