My responsibilities are setting a goal that the team needs to achieve, putting a plan that we are going to work on to reach our goal, Translating this plan into action steps delegated to the members in the form of tasks, Tracking the performance of each member and evaluating him, Coaching them whenever coaching is needed, also to ensure monthly during our touch-points that they are developing throughout what they are doing and that they love what they are doing.
Responsibilities: • During the first week we had a lot of presentations about reservoir engineering. • At the end of the week we had to do our own simulation project using both of petrel and eclipse. • The second week it was about production engineering also we had a lot of presentations. • At the end of the week we had our final project which was also a simulation project but here we used PIPESIM in the simulation. • During these two weeks every day we had to make a presentation about one of the topics that we are going to take in the next day.
Responsibilities: • We took an over view about the different airplane systems, also the concept of how an airplane flies was illustrated to us. • The training was mainly in the maintenance department. • Every time we go to a different section in this department to see how maintenance is done to each part of the plane.
Responsibilities: • I was introduced to two divisions: instrumentation and mechanical divisions. • The courses in these two divisions were: Introduction to Pressure Vessels, An Overview of Material Selection, final control element, An Overview of Combustion Technology.
Responsibilities: • We took an overall idea from the beginning of the exploration to well construction and production. • Every day we take a presentation about a different segment and after we finish the presentation we go to the yard to see the tools used by the people who are working in this segment. • The segments that we were introduced to were: Liner, TRS, Fishing, DRT and artificial lift systems.
