I am responsible for Purchasing machines, production lines, equipment and other investments for all locations of my company, outsourcing production agreements for bodybuildings of light/heavy commercial vehicles (fire-fighting, ambulances, tipper trucks etc.) from import and local suppliers with my 5 team members. We have to make procurement plan to supply goods in target time, quality and price within right technical and commercial conditions instead of indirect procurement demands. My other responsibilities are as follows; managing cost analysis and cost reduction studies, performing best order times within defined budget and technical specs, coordinating 6-sigma studies, planning education and development activities for my team.
