Assisted in the recruitment of key staff; Coordinated 150+ schools - managing relationships with principals, teachers, and students. Trained, mentored and monitored volunteers, ensuring smooth interaction between volunteers and selected schools. Implemented and evaluated the impact of Junior Achievement Programmes on students.
